Ester-C™ is a unique form of Vitamin C which is patented in the U.S.A. It is believed that Ester-C™ may be an improved form of the vitamin. It has a neutral pH in solution, rendering it a very gentle form of Vitamin C which may be preferred by those who suffer gastro intestinal symptoms when taking naturally acidic forms of the vitamin.

Vitamin C when taken in certain forms may cause gastric upset to some patients. This is due to the acidity within the nutritional supplement such as large amounts of Ascorbic Acid. Gentle Vitamin C has been reacted with Calcium in order to try and prevent it causing too much gastric upset.
